The Role:
Provide secretarial and administrative services

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Follow-up on and keep track of all matters assigned to you
• Make appointments and organise meetings
• Organise and maintain a calendar/diary for General Managers
• Arrange travel and accommodation
• Write emails, letters and reports
• Prepare presentation material and provide general assistance during presentations as required
• Take minutes at meetings
• Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them if they do not necessarily need to be passed on
• Extensive knowledge of the organisation’s set up
• Support the wider organisation as required

Event Management
• Research, plan, organise and execute business related and social events, including field trips, of all scales

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3-5 years experience working with Executive Management level
In-depth knowledge and experience with various computer programmes
University Graduate
Accuracy / quality
Proactive in finding opportunities to improve the organisational efficiency
Professional (approach)
Strong communication skills
Ability to forge employee relationships
Ability to multi-task
Time and workflow management
Deadline dependent task completion
Determination and capacity for hard work
