The Role:
• Coordinating and Keeping the HR manager and all related person informed of all personnel movement
• Ensuring the practical implementation of company policies.
• Preparing annual TBOSIET training and medical examination schedules for employees who live in South of Thailand.
• Initial screening and interview of applications for recruitment at Bangkok office
• Assisting the safety team in arranging transport and accommodation for employees.
• Responsibility for arranging hotel booking and transport for crew change on a timely basis.
• Accompany the medivacs patients to the hospital and keep all related person informed.
• Maintaining good labour relations with local authorities.
• Ensuring valid work permits, visas are obtained on a timely basis.
• Control and supervise monthly reports for respective team review and reference
• Ensuring labour clearance for Thai crew for overseas work and training
• Act as focal points for crews’ queries and requests and direct to respective team for process
• Ensuring the new hire processes completed in a timely manner
• Coordinating with the agency and labour department prior to the arrival and departure of the rig and towing vessel. Ensuring that the towing crew clearance completed.
• Other administrative tasks related to daily errands and operation
• Otherwise carry out tasks as requested by onshore and offshore rig management.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent in Thai/English Communication
At least 5 year working experiences in Admin or HR.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
