The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Commits to and champions the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture.
• Participation in Contractor HES management post contract award activities.
• Establish, communicate and reinforce Owner expectations, performance standards, compliance and policies to EPCm contract execution team.
• Monitor delivery team performance at appropriate level to validate performance expectations are being met, and provide support and direction for mitigation and recovery activities.
•Liaison with execution teams, fabrication shops and work sites to monitor, validate and assist with spool and steel fabrication delivery, and the execution of equipment pre-dress and pre-assembly erection activities, undertaken at AMC.
• Ensure delivery of these elements support the priorities and execution planning for MEI&C Workscope.
• Review and challenge all changes in scope and execution for validity and verify associated cost and schedule impact.
• Responsible for input into health and safety planning, scope definition, schedule development, fabrication and constructability planning for the MEI&C pre-assembly and pre-dress activities.
• Participate in the development of execution planning to support the MEI&C scopes of work to be implemented.
• Prepares input for reports and provides council to the ME&I Project Manager on status, compliance, problem areas and potential solutions pertaining to the MEI&C fabrication (spool and steel) and pre-dress/pre-assembly scopes of work.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualifications (Mechanical)
• Preferred candidate would have 10-15 years experience in Engineering, Fabrication and Construction, and have worked on major projects with exposure to EPCm/EPC contractors.
• Can look after the spool and steel fabrication PO’s and the preassembly work in AMC.
• Able to track, report and direct to improve delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills – ability to communicate with people in different levels of the organisation.
• Self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Methodical, meticulous and pragmatic approach.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
