The Company:
Our client is one of the largest Operators in Europe.

The Role:
We’re looking for people who combine deep technical skills, a passion for teamwork and determination.

The candidate will be responsible for optimizing production in our fields, maximizing the value of our wells and progressing wellwork activity. We offer many opportunities to use the latest technologies for real-time data acquisition and management. You’ll be involved in reservoir monitoring, well management and system optimization activities that impact safety, reliable production delivery and efficient facilities performance applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Well Management
• Understand the Well-stock of the area , having clear the Value of the wells, indicating the recommended operating condition of them and making sure that well performance models are maintained at a standard to support analysis and optimisation.
• Minimise the number of Well deferrals in your area. Make sure that all deferrals have an action plan in place or indicate if they need be removed from the installed production capacity.
• Conduct quarterly Well Reviews considering all the producer and injector wells located in your area.
• Identify surveillance needs and opportunities and make sure that they are included in the annual surveillance plan. Make sure that surveillance plan is implemented in her/his area (Production tests, PLTs, Sat. Logs, PBUs, etc.). Make sure that surveillance data is processed and analysed.
• Keep update information about Integrity issues of wells located in your area and indicate when an intervention is required.
• Agree on operating parameters of new and existing wells (drawdown limits, rate limits, BHFP limits, GORs, WCs, etc.)
• Identify, mature, plan and assess the results of WW options that lead to protect the base or improve well performance. Lead the generation of the Well Interventions Statement of Requirements.
Reservoir Performance
• Have a reasonable an updated understanding of the dynamic and static reservoir conditions of the assigned area.
• Link the subsurface understanding to the generation of ideas to optimise/increase production and protect the base.
System Optimisation
• Try to maintain all the wells and the system flowing or injecting on optimum conditions all the time. Work along with ROO Prod. Optimisation group and ROO Pad Engineer to achieve this.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical Competencies:

• Experienced using Well Performance Software such as Prosper.
• Knowledgeable on Production and Injection Well Management, Well & System Performance, Short term Production / Injection Optimisation and Well Interventions.
• Familiar with Wellwork Opportunity Generation & Progression, Well Stimulation & Treatment and artificial lift (ESP).

An Engineering Degree is required with a clear skill set geared towards Petroleum Engineering.
