The Company:
Our client is a leading oil and gas company.

The Role:
The Pipeline Integrity Management Assurance Coordinator - Level l will provide professional level administrative and technical support for the North Slope Integrity Management Assurance team. This position will work in a remote field location on a two-week rotation schedule. The position requires frequent contact with Operations personnel and other functional groups, often working independently and proactively. The Pipeline Integrity Management Assurance Coordinator - Level l will also work with, and may provide back-up coverage for, other compliance/conformance coordinators to ensure coverage, consistency, and facilitation of pipeline integrity management priorities. Specific responsibilities may include:
• Perform queries in Company databases to compile and summarize data for tracking compliance/conformance activities. Systems include, but are not limited to, MIMIR, Business Objects©, HSE Document Search, BizFlow, Work Management System (Maximo), MESE, EDDI, ODIE, MoC, Traction, Operator Tools, CTM, GIS, and scheduling database systems.
• Update compliance/conformance assurance checklists and scorecard with current data; maintain data source folder; print and distribute.
• Daily compliance/conformance checks for activities coming due; inform leadership of identified compliance/conformance risks.
• Organize meetings, training sessions, and field visits, including agenda preparation, arrangement of meeting facilities, equipment, transportation, and maintenance of attendance rosters.
• Compose correspondence, bulletins, and reports; maintain phone and distribution lists and update overview documents and job aids as needed.
• Review and update PIMS Process and Assurance Overview documents and other procedures as requested.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy files for North Slope Pipeline Integrity Management Assurance team, including compliance documentation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment; assist with computer applications.
• Answer phone(s) in a professional and courteous manner; respond to inquiries and route calls and requests as necessary.
• Keep abreast of current organizational changes, polices, and procedures.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate implementation of Company’s OMS system and continuous improvement projects.
• General responsibilities as assigned by PCD Program Manager or Director of Pipeline Assurance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma / GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (2010 Microsoft Office preferred).
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a mid-level administrative role.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact in a team environment and with internal and external contacts at all organizational levels.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail; anticipate barriers and provide alternative solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of efficiency and with minimal supervision.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Prior North Slope experience and/or familiarity with Company’s systems and processes.
• Prior experience in pipeline operations and/or integrity management systems.
• Prior experience with document management systems and/or regulatory compliance programs.
• Training and/or experience with activity planning and scheduling database systems.
• Post-secondary education and/or degrees.
