The Company:

The Role:
This role will support the project completion, transition to operations and handover to asset for a period of minimum 6 months. I expect some flexibility in the role for the right candidate as I expect some opportunity to work remotely in the development and review of documentation. It will require a period on site in particular during the early phase of the scope but also ongoing to understand the project, the organisation, the remaining scopes, interfaces, gain critical background knowledge, and engaging with the project and operations teams. There will be potential for some travel to Aberdeen, vendors, design consultant offices etc only if required.

Brief Summary of Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development of LVI and Pipeline maintenance procedures, routines and monitoring requirements to complete the compilation of data into a SAP management system for operations in accordance with the pipeline integrity management manual.
• Responsible for reviewing the supporting documentation prepared by the main contractors, SEPIL designers and within SEPIL to facilitate and efficient project to asset handover.
• Responsible for the development of the pipeline and LVI guarantee team this will include defining the expectations of the guarantee team from the operations and asset organization. Reviewing these expectations and aligning with the project capabilities within SEPIL, Design Consultants, Suppliers and Contractors so appropriate resources can be allocated in an efficient commercial structure for flexibility and support during the defined phase of the guarantee team.
• Responsible to co-ordinate the pipeline and LVI scope with the SEPIL Information Management team as they develop the pipeline acceptance certificate, specifically to co-ordinate the discipline acceptance and review requirements to complete sign off and transition to the readiness for the final statement of fitness prior to operating the terminal with first gas.
• Responsible for the review of defined operational spares in ESPIR format, development of a sparing philosophy, sparing plan, and management of associated procurement with engagement of the main design consultant and with the wider SEPIL project organisation for operational readiness and engagement during potential vendor procurement.
• Support the review of critical execution scope associated with the final golden weld between offshore – onshore pipeline tie-in, this will be undertaken on successful completion of onshore pipeline hydrotest and will be project critical path scope so an efficient execution and handover is critical to the project schedule in achieving an early first gas.
• Support the outstanding scope for (Pipeline Engineering) design verification requests, review of vendor documentation for handover.
• Support the preparation for a PSUR and PSUA for the LVI and Pipeline. PSUA current target date is November 3rd, with documentation submission required by September 30th. The PSUA is scheduled during completion of critical pipeline interface scopes.

• Support the review of as built documentation and pipeline handover data packs from construction to commissioning and onto the asset.
• Support as a project technical resource for pipeline engineering associated issues during remaining project scopes including the pipeline tie ins and system commissioning.
