The Company:
A well known Oil and Gas Operator with exploration activities in the United States, Norway, Equatorial Guinea, Poland, Angola and Iraqi Kurdistan.

The Role:
My client is seeking a Pipeline Engineer to join their Kenedy, TX office. This role will offer support to their Eagle Ford shale play and will require travel to field locations in Kenedy, Pleasanton and Gonzalez.

The ideal person will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Pipeline Engineer, 5 years of which will be on Onshore Pipeline Design and Construction. The following criteria is also required:

• Possesses a thorough understanding of piping codes and standards related to DOT 49CFR 192 and 195, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, NACE, API as applicable to onshore pipeline design and construction

• Responsible for the evaluation of new pipelines to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Familiarity with applicable onshore gas and liquid gathering and transmission system regulatory requirements, including
but not limited to DOT Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Pipeline Safety Regulations Title 49 CFR Acts as Marathon Lead for conducting NACE compliance assessments of the EF gathering pipelines

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
10+ years of Pipeline Engineering Experience
5+ years Onshore Pipeline Design and Construction experience
Excellent Communication, Planning and Organization skills
