Our client a key market player for all oil and biofuels products in France.

The Role:
Role & Responsibilities:

The Sealine Engineer will be in charge of implementing a program of engineering activities
He/She will work closely with:
 PROJECT Engineering & Project team.
 PROJECT operation ( both local operation and central supply team)
 PROJECT Health, Safety, Security, and Environment departments,
To deliver this mission, the Sealine Engineer will:
 Actively plan for all program activities to mitigate/leverage key risks.
 Develop cost estimation for every activities based on plan.
 Ensure COMPANY's requirements are incorporated into all design (repair, development), managing the preparation, review and approval of engineering deliverables (including execution stage) and ensuring comments from all relevant stakeholders are addressed.
 Develop invitations to tender & represent COMPANY in tender clarification / evaluation, contractor / vendor selection, contract / purchase order negotiation and placement under the supervision of the project team when required (study / inspection / …).
 Monitor and expedite equipment and materials fabrication, supply and delivery ensuring technical, quality, cost and schedule issues are properly resolved when required.
 Ensure shop/field technical queries, non-conformances, concession requests, etc. are resolved in a proper and timely manner.
Coordinate/develop Execution Plan for all activities.
 Actively manage execution to ensure activities are properly delivered
And in delivering this mission, the SCE will:
 Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with COMPANY's code of conduct and engineering process.
 Work closely with operation to mitigate works impact (local operations and central supply team)
 Act as the design office focal point for Capital Value Process and Engineering Technical Practice activities, ensuring process safety reviews, HAZOPs, peer reviews, value improving practices, project benchmarking, etc., are performed at appropriate points.
 Interface effectively, with people of all levels, both internal and third parties, and with wide ranging cultural backgrounds.
 Ensure all activities segment/business unit integrity management and engineering standards are followed through all stages of the activities.
 Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on key issues, risk management, and progress relative to plans and key performance metrics.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Project experience
 Design engineering or maintenance Experience on Sealine & pipeline
 Preferably CBM and procurement background.
 Experience delivering leading HSSE performance.
 A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
 Strong planning and organizing ability.
 Estimating skills and practical understanding of costs (capital, operating, life cycle).
 Language :
