The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
• Must have Piping Installation and Construction background
• Must be fully conversant with the present HSE requirements of Site and Fabrication facilities and the interpretation of the same.
• Must be able to interpret Piping design and Isometric drawings and spool information.
• Must be able to understand the fabrication process and offer advice both technically and practically where required.
• Must be able to perform dimension and configuration checks where necessary.
• Must be able to understand the erection process and if necessary make FW and FFW changes if deemed practical and report the changes through the Engineering process.
• Must be able to understand the material that is being used.
• Must be able understand the material coding’s and check the material as it is delivered and report any miss-matches from the Material Delivery paperwork and report accordingly.
• Must be able to understand the second fixings.
• Must be able to understand the NDT and paint process and report accordingly on progress.
• Must be fully conversant with the Hydrostatic test procedure and the Test Pack and limit systems and be able through experience offer advice and solutions to the installation of the “Limit” and “Vent” locations during the installation / fabrication process.
• Must be fully conversant with the Pipe erection and installation process and oversee this process.
• Must be able to interpret the pipe support systems and the structural works involved.
• Must be able to make installation decisions to aid the above processes.
• Must be able to understand the Mechanical Completion and Flange Management system.
• Must be able to report the progress efficiently and precisely in all stages of the fabrication and installation process.
• Must be able to produce and sign-off “Punch Lists” prior to the Test Procedures.
• Must be able to understand and aid the completions process.
