The Role:
PIPING COMPLETIONS ENGINEER – ULSAN, SOUTH KOREA - $$ ATTRACTIVE – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

The Piping Completions Engineer position will see the successful applicant working on a FIFO basis to Ulsan, South Korea.

The job:

• Establish and maintain interfaces with:
- QA/QC Team (Completions Coordinator(s), Inspectors, etc.)
- Fabrication Team (in particular the Fabrication Completions Coordinator)
- Commissioning Team
- Other site personnel to administer and coordinate the scheduling, distribution, collection and recording of Completions documentation
• Reporting status of Completions as required
• Manage Punch List tracking, support and closeout in cooperation with the Fabrication, Quality and Commissioning Teams
• Ensure that Management of Change is incorporated into the Completions Management system and that it reflects the up to date status of the design & engineering
• Assist to facilitate/schedule the Fabrication, Quality and Commissioning Team’s involvement in verification of activities and timely acceptance of completed systems
• Assist / advise Site Leadership in the implementation of the Completions requirements
• Ensuring adherence to established procedures, effective day-to-day administration of Completions Management tasks, assisting the Site IM/Completions Manager as needed
• To assist in giving direction to the continuing development, improvement and implementation of the Project and Modules Site Completions system.
• Coordinating the timely close-out of Completions Action Items.
• Performing other tasks and reporting as required by the Modules Site IM/Completions Manager
• Adhere to established HESS, IIF and other project policies/procedures

Requirements of this role:

Exposure to WinPCS highly regarded
Able to perform a FIFO rotation of 8 weeks on \ 2 weeks off
Offshore fabrication yard experience

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualification of lengthy experience in a related discipline
