The Role:
Accountability
Responsible to Lead Piping Designer / Engineer

Basic Functions
Preparation of Piping deliverables.

Principal Responsibilities
Generate and issue packages of drawings and maintain deliverables registers.
Discuss problems with the Lead designer / Engineer and determine possible solutions for implementation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good all round knowledge of Piping Design with Brownfield survey experience and ACAD/IT proficient. Familiar with use of Pipe specs, industry codes and standards
• Surveys: conducting on/offshore surveys, piping design deliverables, GA’s, Isometrics, pipe supports schedules etc within agreed Project time scales using relevant CAD software
• Good Oral communication, Good Personal organisation. Good Written communication.
• Must be flexible and pro-active in approach to work within a team.
• Good work ethic and ‘attention to detail’ quality
• Must have pleasant and approachable manner
• Able to work as part of a team and prioritise activities as identified by the Lead Engineer/Designer.
• Needs to be aware of current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• ACAD
• 2 years experience in piping design. Oil and Gas experience desirable, but petrochemicals / experience acceptable.
• Will consider recently trained designers with experience so that we can develop for the

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Desirable to have an Offshore Survival and Medical Certificates and willingness to complete offshore site surveys
