The Company:
A major Oil & Gas operator for a Russian Green Field LNG project.

The Role:
We are looking for a Work Package Manager for the Piping, Presssure Vessels, Valves & Layout & Static Equipment packages of a new LNG project.

The Service provider shall report to the Engineering Manager
- supervise and manage the PVV, Layout & Packages activities by the EPC Contractor
- provide support to the ‘Integrated Engineering” effort as applicable, in particular for the LNG Facilities integrated layout.
- review, comment and approve the PVV/Layout related deliverables by the EPC Contractor
- call for, participate to and/or manage all the necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work.
- supervise detailed design within the Subgroup and provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning teams and the PVV field engineer(s) as applicable.
- ensure design consistency in the Subgroup, optimization, operability and flexibility which implies interfaces management and leadership towards other work packages.
- ensure that the detailed design for packages in the Subgroup complies with the project S.O.R., the contract documentation, the schedule, and remains within budget and safety practices.
- anticipate, avoid and manage EPC contractor stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries and request for waiver (if any) and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and proefficient approach.
- assist the Engineering Manager on related activities in close coordination with the engineering team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Chartered Engineer with proven experience with large onshore plants and LNG plants layout, piping design, pressure vessels, static equipment.
Experience of the same for LNG plants located in harsh environment with arctic conditions. Strong experience with International and Russian standards.
Professional experience: minimum 10 years proven experience of LNG projects, large onshore projects and arctic conditions.
Good teamwork, strong minded, dynamic.
Contractor management experience. Package management experience.
Fluent in English. Russian is an advantage
