The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
• Develop and maintain Level 3 schedules of Well Construction and integrity team in the company P6 database, which integrates with overall IMS schedule.
• To provide planning, control and monitoring service to the Well Construction and integrity project facilities team, covering all contractors’ and associated licensors’ and subcontractors
• To ensure that planning activities have satisfactory incorporated the requirements of project and other appropriate regulations
• Coordination of planning effort provided by contractors and supervise and assist their planning engineers in developing Level 3 schedules
• Closely monitor all aspects of the schedule, appraise & advise the General Manager of WC&I, Planning Manager or Offshore Lead Planning Engineer of progress and trends; make recommendations for preventive or corrective action in the event of any deviations from the program.
• Provide an independent assessment of individual contractors’ progress
Maintain close coordination with Project Services groups in other locations and input as required.
Develop and maintain strong teamwork within the Project Services Team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University graduate with min 5 years planning in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Proficient with Primavera P3 and/or P6 and Pertmaster Risk Analysis software
• Microsoft Office products
• Broad understanding of WC&I Engineering and Drilling activities and Project Control issues without being a specialist
• Highly developed cross cultural influencing skills for work with subcontract staff of varied nationalities and backgrounds
• Travel to some location may be required as directed.
• Physically fit and able to work in subcontractors' offices, Fabrication Yards and on site in a manager, non-physical labour type role
