The Company:
Our client is a large multi-national Oil and Gas Operator which explores, develops, produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur. They pride themselves in conducting operations in accordance with the world–class safety and environmental standards.

The Role:
Candidate must be experienced in construction planning. Must possess advanced working knowledge Primavera planning tool software. Candidate will be expected to work with local contractors and to mentor national staff.

•Develop and maintain overall project schedule. Assist contractors to develop and maintain project schedules for their individual project scopes.
•Constant interface with Project engineering and procurement to maintain schedule validity.
•Facilitate WTF Project-Team planning meetings. Facilitate contractor planning meetings.
•Work with Construction Reps, Cost Controllers and Materials Coordinators to develop and use a standard methodology to determine line-item percent complete and overall percent complete. Update and report monthly to verify %-complete for invoice purposes, and to report % complete vs plan for general progress reports.
•Analyze project team and contractor progress to identify gaps and suggest ways to improve schedule if needed.
•Evaluate job packs to assure work plan is aligned with overall schedule.
•Assist contractor to perform according to schedule. Ensure contractor has adequate human resources, that they are on-site. Assist with staffing plans when necessary.
•Participate in development/execution of project team deliverables.
•Provide input to cost controller for cost forecasts
•Provide schedule input for contract formulation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
