The Role:
Job Description

Manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Manager's decision-making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements. Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored. In addition the applicant is expected to:

1 – Issue daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to client
2 – Monitor ongoing work, including contractor documentation, material procurement, construction work, hydraulic pressure testing…
3 - Ensures the Planning and Progress Control System works effectively
4 - Maintain all Schedules updated, collect actual data, evaluate dates to completion and project delays
5 - Compile productivity report, engineering deliverables production and delivery status of materials
6 - Liaise with Clients for reporting purposes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Needed

1. Engineering degree
2. 5+ years of planning experience
3. advance knowledge of MS Office application especially Excel and Word
4. advance user of MS Project (primavera knowledge a plus)
5. Fluent in English and Russian
