The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Job Description: Develop and maintain the Construction Phase Central HES Schedule utilising Primavera (P6). Work with Central HES Manager to track and deliver monthly planning and progress/performance reports (MCP, Monthly Project Report). Develop and maintain the Operational Excellence (OE) Milestone Register. Develop and maintain the HES Focus Items and Critical Activities Register. Support Wheatstone Project Controls in developing monthly exception reports based upon analysis of the overall baselined HES project schedule. Deliver HES planning requirements for Central HES in alignment with the Project Controls Team work instructions. Support HES Team Leads in development and ongoing review of Construction Phase staffing plan and budget. Ensure the approved Wheatstone change control process is applied to all HES deliverables and plans and ensure Trend Log is maintained. Support Project scenario planning, risk assessment and management processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Tertiary Education preferred
Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Skills: • Oil & Gas Industry experience preferable • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple work tasks on time • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Certification: Primavera (P6), MS Project, Ms Office & Outlook
Additional Comments: Position duration is 12 months, located in Perth(London House), working 9 hour days
