The Company:
Our client is an International Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company with operations in 16 countries, they have achieved spectacular growth in the past ten years, growth which they expect to continue.

There Southern North Sea (North) facility comprises both on and offshore natural gas production and processing facilities. They include 18 offshore producing gas platforms off the east coast of Yorkshire.

The Role:
SNS(N) Key Activity Planner

Role Accountabilities

• Generate high quality, deliverable key activity plans (e.g projects, shutdowns/large maintenance scopes)
• Support integration of activity into Asset plan
• Working on a variety of plans across the SNS(N) Asset

Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with engineers, vendors and offshore support to build activity plan
• Break down activity into discrete level 1,2,3 or 4 plan
• Own and improve the job plan data for key activities
• Maintain key activity plan and provide updates with particular emphasis on manpower, project time scales and work scope delivery
• Assist planning team in developing key activity plans
• Monitor and update plans through plan cycle to delivery
• Ensure effective delivery of plan within agreed schedule dates and priorities
• Provide absence cover when applicable
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by planning team lead

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven experience of planning/scheduling using Primavera P6
• Extensive knowledge of engineering processes
• Accurate & methodical work ethic
• Excellent organisation & coordination skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Oil & Gas Experience in a project delivery capacity
• BOSIET & MIST certified
• Familiarity with Maximo maintenance system
