The Role:
Job Duties & Requirements:
Provide planning support to a Facilities/Midstream team for pipeline and well connect activities. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of company schedules along with managing contractor schedules. Responsibilities also include the budgeting, tracking, and forecasting of capital costs associated with the projects including preparation of weekly and monthly reporting.

The preferred candidate would be able to liaise with a cross section of disciplines to develop an integrated schedule for all activities. The candidate would utilize Primavera P6 to develop schedules. Knowledge of loading and leveling resources is required along with the ability to export/import bulk data into the schedule.

The preferred candidate would be a self-starter, persistent, team player, and require minimal supervision. The ability to obtain buy-in of the schedule from the team through demonstration of its capabilities is a must. The ability to function in an environment where things are in a constant state of change is required.

Education / Experience:
University degree in engineering / business administration or equivalent. Minimum 5-10 years experience from multi-discipline projects, preferably onshore pipeline projects.

Software:
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 & Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge in ARES Prism (cost) and databases is a plus.
