The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join this leading Perth based operator.

As Planner you will be responsible for the continuing development, update and reporting on execution of the Integrated Operations Plan (IOP)
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring daily activities are executed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Liaising with peer Planners within Offshore, Onshore and Central groups and ensuring transparency regarding IOP development, update and reporting.
• Ensuring visibility of resource requirements for each asset to enable recruitment to proceed as needed.
• Ensuring quality checks are made for the IOP and updated where required following the agreed Management of Change process.
• Supporting the Operations Lead Planner in the revision of the IOP to meet the IOP objectives
• Ensuring IOP data quality is kept to the highest standard from generation through to closure, facilitate accurate recording of completion
• Ensuring that all standards procedures and systems for planning and scheduling are followed
• Promoting continual improvement by utilising Business processes associated with changes to the IOP and planning process supporting the IOP

Prior to startup you will use your experience to provide technical and operational input during Detailed Design, Construction and Commissioning. In addition, you will be part of the development of key operations systems and processes.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Technical trade or engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Instrument/Electrical disciplines
• Highly experienced in the Oil & Gas Industry with strong Planning, Scheduling and Execution exposure.
• Highly skilled in the use of Maintenance Management Systems, Primavera, Business Processes including other scheduling and Risk Analysis tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills in fostering teamwork and collaboration
