The Role:
The Planner will Ensure the operational programme is planned and completed in a consistent manner in accordance with NRSWA and TMA legislation

Work within the client and the clients procedures

The Planner will Undertake work on behalf of the client and the client in a sustainable, timely and cost effective manner

Consider current and future workload to ensure delivery of the programme

Adhere to the client Code of Business Conduct

Demonstrate team working

Attend team briefings and consultations

The Planner will Plan projects to the required standard and input relevant information onto the clients and systems accurately and timely

Liaise with Operations to ensure that projects are planned in the most cost effective manner

Maintain a safe working environment

Report all accidents, incidents, damages, near misses and illnesses

The Planner will Comply with the HSSE requirements relevant to their duties and responsibilities

Maintain and update filing systems

Monitor workload and implement remedial steps where necessary, in terms of quality and output levels

Provide weekly MI

The Planner will Liaise with customers and key stake holders to ensure effective communication

Develop a good working relationship and communicate with all members of the team to facilitate an efficient working environment

Ensure quality of workmanship meets minimum standards

Take part, agree objectives and comply with the performance review process and timescales

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Full Driving Licence
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
• Good Communicator
• Adept at developing relationships
• Ability to plan own workload and adhere to tight timescales
• Organised

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
The candidate will ideally be from a Transmission and Distribution background (Overhead Lines, Substation etc)
