The Company:
Our client is a leading oil and gas service company.

The Role:
Project Management Planning/Scheduling Services:
1. Work closely with Project Managers and the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to define scope of work, develop work breakdown structures, identify target milestones, and develop critical path resource loaded schedules.
2. Help develop and maintain Project Control tracking and reporting systems.
3. Assist in development of baseline packages in support of AMS-003.
4. Comprehends internal and external reporting requirements and structures reports and communication tools accordingly.
5. Coordinate with contractors to understand and incorporate effects of schedules, estimates, resources and progress reporting into project control reports for proactive management and early warning.
6. Communicates via face to face, telephone and electronic mail with internal and external contacts.
7. Attends routine progress and planning/scheduling meetings.
8. Performs occasional hands on field progress verification audits.
9. Maintains documentation subject to audit, such as baseline schedules, as-built schedules, progress curves, resources curves, etc. to ensure compliance with written guidelines, policies and procedures.
10. Works closely with IPT counterparts to understand and analyze scope of work, change orders, and project impacts.
11. Assist with impact analysis and long range cost forecast adjustments.
12. Ability to work independently and perform successfully in a team environment.
13. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
14. Strong written and oral communication skills.
15. Advanced experience utilizing Primavera (P6 R8.1 or higher).
16. Proficient with utilizing Excel and developing and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and curves.
17. Proficient with utilizing other MS Office suite software such as Word and PowerPoint.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5 plus years scheduling. Scheduling using P6 R8.1 or higher.
