The Role:
The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating Operations & Maintenance activities at all storage locations. Storage locations may include any location with company equipment, including company owned or managed warehouses and third-party locations contracted to work with the company. A Planner/Scheduler may have responsibilities at one or more locations, as required by the Maintenance Superintendent.

Primary Position Functions:

• Manage the Planning Processes within the Maintenance Function by:
o Managing new and existing PMs and CMs in SAP
o Assisting in the identification and review of new work
• Ensuring all identified work is appropriately assigned and prioritized
o Planning all maintenance-related work orders
• Ensuring all aspects of the work has been planned and the work is ready to schedule (including vendor selection, identifying resources, procuring parts, etc.)
• Setting preliminary scheduling or work such as dates and revisions
• Developing Task Lists for all work that could be repeated
• Organizing tasks into logical groupings with detailed job instructions and safety procedures
• Manage the short, medium and long term Scheduling Processes by:
• Ensuring the Preventive Maintenance plans are forecasted and evaluated to optimize scheduling and available capacities, and to meet government regulatory requirements for scheduling work on equipment
o Aligning proactive and corrective work scheduling
o Aligning integrated job plans to ensure contract work is completed efficiently and effectively
o Developing and distributing final schedules and job packages to all stakeholders and work crews
o Collecting and loading all completed documentation from both company and vendors into DMS with appropriate linkages to SAP
o Completing periodic internal audit of paperwork and prepare for any government regulator audits
o Preparing data for the Maintenance Planning Meetings and supporting/enabling Maintenance Superintendent to run the Meeting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented
• Significant experience with SAP PM module
• Significant experience planning and scheduling complex maintenance activities
• Strong existing relationships with key suppliers of subsea equipment
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with dynamic teams
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
