The Company:
One of the bigger international oil companies. In the Dutch sector of the North Sea, they produce crude oil and natural gas. This company operates and has interests in 10 offshore blocks.

The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Owner of planning processes: Seven Day Scheduling, Long Range Planning and Turn-Around coordination.
• Accountable for preparing and maintaining maintenance plans, 5Y, 1Y, 90D, 28D, 7D and turn around and shutdown management for CEPN offshore platforms.
• Accountable for logistic requirements for execution of maintenance plans, people, tools and materials.
• Accountable for the preparation of the scope of work for 3rd party contractors, service orders for 3rd party contractors
• Ensure helicopter scheduling and booking for all 3rd party personnel and Chevron on-shore personnel to all assets under operations control.
• Collecting action items from inspection reports generate Work Order’s (WO), update and prioritize in WO system.
• Close out of WO’s resulting from inspection reports, materials, 3rd party involvement, logistics

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• MBO/HBO degree
• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in a technical/offshore or nautical environment
• Demonstrable experience with work preparation, planning and maintenance
• Competent IT skills, specifically with MS Office applications and preferably Primavera and/or NaviTrack.
• Effective written and verbal communicator, both in Dutch and English
• “Getting things done mentality” while never loosing focus on Health and Safety.
• Attention to detail and accurate with numbers.
• Effective at planning, organizing and prioritizing.
• Team player, flexible and a good communicator.
• Self starter, be able to work independently
