The Role:
•Preparation of the Master Production Schedule in conjunction with the global supply chain planning team, production plan checked for available capacities.
•Preparation of the weekly production plan at item level
•Preparation of the daily production schedule for all production and packaging activities in the factory
•Prepare the shop orders for the production and packaging activities
•Propose priorities and modify planning in case of unexpected events like raw material shortages, production problems, etc.
•Preparation of reports regarding schedule attainment, delivery reliability, and inventory figures, etc.
•Key user in all planning and scheduling related modules
•Other tasks as assigned by superiors


•University degree in Industrial Engineering/Business/Science/Logistics or similar fields
•5 years relevant experience in production planning and inventory management
•Direct experience in process industry/ continuous manufacturing environment is an advantage
•ERP knowledge and experience focusing on planning modules
•Knowledge in Production Planning, Sales & Operating Planning, Master Planning Scheduling, Material Requirement Planning, and Production Activity Control
•Knowledge in ISO9000/ HACCP/ GMP
•Good command of written and spoken English
•Good attitude
•Flexible working hours
