The Company:
A Global Oil & Gas operator with extensive operations in the Caspian Region.

The Role:
The primary function of this position is to coordinate Budget, Planning, Financial Analysis and Reporting for the FGP IM/IT team

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Business Planning Cycle process for IT/IM team.
• Responsible for budget engagement with all teams to gather data for IT/IM needs across the project.
• Liaison between IM/IT, Project teams and Affiliates (ITC, ETC) on budget planning activities.
• Work closely with IT/IM LT for budget planning including but limited to:
o IT/IM Spend
o Contracting Plan development and submission to Finance
o Creating and managing GO113 and AWOs for services provided by ITC, ETC.
o Managing Owner’s Cost for IT/IM team
o Managing AFEs for IT hardware, infrastructure and software procurement and support.
o Monitor performance relative to the business plan and provide quarterly updates to Leadership, as necessary. This includes forecasting the year-end budget actuals. It also includes assembling financial data summaries for the annual review process in preparation for the next year’s plan
• Work with IT/IM LT to manage IT/IM Org Charts and Strategic Staffing Plan
• Work with project controls team to create and update project schedules with IM/IT deliverables and milestones
• Maintain the IM/IT Roadmap.
• Develop project schedules and budgets for IT/IM projects/initiatives

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have the skills to:
• Good verbal/written communication, facilitation and negotiation skills with ability to interface with technical, strategic personnel and management
• Plan , evaluate , organize and control the quality and deadlines
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Preferable skills:
• Experience using Primavera
• Knowledge of JDE and Ariba
Educational Qualification/Work Experience
Degree in Finance, Economics, МВА or at least 5 years’ experience as a planner or cost/finance analyst
