The Role:

Planning
• Provide planning support for Land Acquisition Project
• Work closely with Integration Manager in development of fully integrated project schedule including levelling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels, milestones and targets
• Develop and maintain agreed and approved KPI list for the project
• Analyse and monitor the plan against KPI and major deliverables on daily basis based on land parcels and other activities, such us permits, legal, GIS, maps etc.
• Maintenance and production of high level and detailed plans on weekly basis
• Preparation of weekly and monthly planning progress reports and scorecards
• Preparation of project s-curve and resource tracking tables
• Identifying and communicating any variances/delta to the baseline on weekly basis
• Develop baseline plans for land acquisition for Zone 1, 2 and 3
• Establish key decisions and promote logic development to bring focus and help to identify activity set to support planning
• Establish interface between project and land acquisition to get alignment of key milestones

Performance
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reporting structure and produce these reports as agreed with Integration Manager
• Reports include, but not limited to:
o Daily – lease agreements execution report
o Weekly – resourcing, skyline, scorecard, payments execution, Memo of Understanding status, archaeological, bore hole and trial pits, ASAN progress reports
o Monthly – SD steering group report
o Reports as per Service Level Agreements requirements:
• Prepare timely, accurate and complete progress and cost reporting
• Progress on land parcels, key issues, look ahead and activities completed
• Compensation spend report
• Compliance report
o Reports as per Land Acquisition and Compensation Framework (tables 20 and 21)
• Compensation
• People resources
• Equipment
• Project Affected People
• Lease Agreements execution
• Compulsory Acquisition
• Grievance
• Grievance processing time
• Open, closed and new grievances and trend in time
• Compensation payment time
• Compensation analyses
• Business re-establishment
• Restored income
• Prepare Risk Management report on weekly basis
• Facilitate Project Team action tracker update process on weekly basis
• Any other report required for Land Acquisition Project

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
• Strong ability to build project plans and maintain them
• Strong performance reporting skills and experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Planning and performance experience within previous AGTR projects (>3 years)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver multi tasks in the tight timeframe
• Strong team worker

Education
• University degree is required. Preferable in Finance or Engineering.

Languages Needed
• Azerbaijani, English – fluent in verbal and writing
