The Role:
Reports to PSCM Planning and Performance Lead
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Champions HSSE and promotes compliance with company Code of Conduct.
• Routinely communicates openly and with integrity with key business stakeholders
• Support the PSCM Planning & Performance Management Lead to ensure effective, on-time delivery of all aspects of the Planning & Performance reporting process
• Assist in development of CPO’s My Plan and Annual Operating Plan and Milestone Plans for all PSCM Teams
• Interface with the Iraq region Finance PPM team to ensure alignment on GFO reporting, Quarterly/Annual Region Performance reporting & inflation assumptions
• Report, and develop further as appropriate, KPI metrics for Functional & Region reporting
• Maintain and improve, where possible, the following key areas:
• Global Performance Reporting
• Internal Reporting
• Prepare inflation forecasts (in conjunction with stakeholders) that feed into the annual planning processes.
• Perform due diligence of new suppliers/individuals and assign the risk ratings respectively based on information generated in RFP’s and the outsource provider of Financial analysis
• Lead the PSCM Risk process such that all major risks are identified and addressed.
• Lead resource in developing appropriate analytics for the annual Contracting & Procurement Plan (CPP) and Category Management Plan (CMP)
• Contribute to the development of Iraqi personnel through knowledge transfer and sharing
• Monitor bid evaluation data information provided to Ministry of Costing team is of highest standard

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven track record of rigorous attention to detail
• Proven track record of converting business requirements into reporting outputs – dashboards and reports
• Proven track record of analytical and numerical skills to understand and distil data, interpret trends, and provide insights
• Background in either commercial or financial analysis
• Good communication, influencing & inter-personal skills
• Understanding of performance processes and message development for senior leadership
• Self-starter and capable of working independently
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify improvements to support and drive business performance

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance / Economics or Business discipline or an Accountancy Qualification
• Experience in a PSCM environment
• Competency with analytical applications / systems; business objects experience
• Being able to work under pressure and stringent time constraints.
• Team leader as well as working under own initiative.
• Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese.
• Experience working in an Integrated Project Team environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products i.e. PowerPoint, Access & Excel.
• Working knowledge of Maximo and Ariba.
