The Role:
The main responsibilities are:
• To co-ordinate, perform and control the activities related to Planning, Progress and Reporting in accordance with Project/Contract requirements and COMPANY procedures.
• Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
• To prepare, analyze, evaluate, process and present planning-related information and documentation related to the Contract execution.

Activities:
• Follow-up development of Contractor’s baseline subsequent revisions and regular updates, facilitating internal review and compiling team’s comments
• Review and analyse of Contractor’s scheduling and planning documents (procedures, etc) and provide practical assistance as required on planning methodology, techniques and best practice to Contractors counterparts
• Package reporting weekly & monthly or as required (collect input, analyse input, define highlights, consolidate)
• Develop with Contractor progress measurement system and ensure good follow-up(special focus on critical path activities) including review of quantities, productivity rates, manpower and verify progress vs milestone payments
• Monitor planning and progress wise COMPANY ITEMS engineering / manufacturing performance
• Contract input to master schedule updates
• Identify schedule risks and progress concerns and inform Management and Planning lead
• Monitor and report on schedule effects of variations/Change request/Change Orders
• Prepare What-if / sensitivity analysis with regards to scheduling
• Ad hoc schedule development and presentations as required
• Participate in any technical, coordination, interfaces meetings necessary to fulfil the job responsibility and organize for his/her discipline weekly coordination meetings with Contractor.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Project HSE Site Instructions / Policies and actively promote HSE and safe working practices
• Report SSHE anomalies or deficiencies using the anomaly system
• Ensure office security and safety is maintained and report deficiencies to HSE
• Regularly attend Project SSHE meetings, training, audits and inspections
• Provide feedback on HSE conditions.

• International and multi-cultural environment.
• Construction works starting

Observations:
Location: TEPN offices (Stavanger) but regular travels to construction worksites in Poland will be required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years experience within Project Planning, Oil & Gas construction work
• Previous experience in conversion/building of FSO/FPSO would be a plus
• Competent with the common project planning & reporting practices
• Trained and skilled in use of relevant planning tools such as PRIMAVERA etc.
• Strong prioritisation, time management, organisational skills and autonomy.
• Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English.
