The Company:
Our client is a major global Oil and Gas EPC management company that can cover small Brownfield projects to major Greenfield projects.
They are a growth company who can serve as a Sole Supplier, Joint Venture or Subcontractor. With a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects they are a progressive and attractive company.

The Role:
The key elements of the role are :
• Develop/maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for all projects assigned.
• Utilise standard Work Breakdown Structures, Resource libraries, calendars, and activity codes within each project schedule.
• Maintain the current and baseline schedule, analyse the effect of proposed changes and maintain the baseline change control authorisation process.
• Preparation of planning reports, histograms and performance curves.
• Input, monitor and report progress on a periodic basis based on the Project Execution Plan reporting timetable for any given project.
• Co-ordinate with other Project Controls personnel to support other project controls systems and reports.
• Interface directly with project teams and clients as required to support the schedule compilation and progress updates.
• Capable of working with minimal functional supervision whilst working closely with Project Management to achieve project targets.
• Available to travel, as needed in order to perform functions such as construction site inspection, information gathering, and / or client meetings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of EPCM engineering projects, including managing multi-discipline design activities with International EPC contractors.
• Good written and oral communication skills, demonstrated through client interaction, supervision, proposals and presentations.
• Ability to negotiate successfully with clients and contractors through engineering and construction phases of the project.
• Computer proficiency; thorough knowledge of planning systems, procedures, techniques. Working knowledge of other project controls groups.
• Primavera Planning software.
• Working knowledge of both engineering design & construction.
