The Company:
Our client is a major international operator in the oil and gas sector.

The Role:
Purpose:
- To support WP Manager and Site Coordinator in planning of follow-up of activities.
- To develop and maintain the assigned project plan and master schedule based on input from project technical/commercial functions and contractors

Main Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Quality and accuracy of Installation project execution schedule
- Main Responsibilities for this position include:
- WBS preparation
- Preparing the necessary project planning and scheduling procedures and support to PDP, PEP and/or other project documentation definition
- Preparing and keeping updated the Installation project execution schedule
- Supporting the risk analyst in preparing and keeping updated the Risk Register and other project registers

Main Interfaces:

-INTERNAL:
- IT Department, for software support and personalization, data management, etc.
- Assigned professional family to support coordination and feedback processes
- Administration, budgeting and contracts administration
-EXTERNAL: Installation Contractors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:

- Secondary Level Technical Education / Engineering degree preferred
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
- At least 3 years of experience in planning, cost estimating and control

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English. Intermediate/good knowledge of Portuguese Country language is preferred.
- E&P SW Use & test (Generic)
- Organisation Processes: Project Management process, Work team management methodology, Contracting Strategy
- Project Management: Prep. of Devel. Program & Budget, Project Planning, Risk analysis, Close-Out Report Preparation, Cost control - Budgeting, Project Management methodologies and techniques, Risk Management
