The Company:
A major Oil and Gas operator for an offshore project

The Role:
The service holder is responsible for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the FPU (Floating Production Unit) Package (main contracts), and for all the reporting activities at Package level.
The service holder is also entitled to comply with rules and requirements of Project Control (PC) team and shall liaise and coordinate specifically with the Planning and Reporting Leader from this team (functional link).

As such, the service holder is responsible for:
- Ensuring the activities related to Work Package scheduling, planning and progress measurement; this includes supervision of scheduling and progress measurement activities performed by SURF Package Contractors
during the Execution phase up to end of contracts;
- Coordinating all scheduling, planning and progress reporting executed from the various project sites by Planning and Reporting engineers (or any other);
- In close relation with PC Planning & Reporting Leader, developing and maintaining schedules at FPU Package level, analysing critical paths and potential clashes and proposal of remedial actions/solutions and
monitoring interfaces delivery requirements with other packages;
- Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation;
- Ensuring reporting at SURF Package level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Report...).

The service holder shall liaise actively with the FPU Package Manager (and Deputy if any), as well as, in general, with all FPU Specialists, Discipline Leaders and Company Site Representatives.
He shall coordinate also the activities performed by all the FPU Planning / Reporting activites on site.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional Experience (years): 10-20
Experience in similar position (years): 5-10.
The service requires a strong experience in same position and in same or equivalent Oil and gas Project
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent.
Languages: English mandatory
