The Company:
A Global Oil and Gas Company is seeking for some Planning Engineer

The Role:
- Plan and control the jobs related to the service in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform project planning to establish proper project tasks definition & organization serving as a basis of performing-controlling the activities, and to confirm that it can be realistically developed to address commitments with project’s.
- Perform project monitoring & control to keep the project team & management updated on progress & deviations to ensure proper decision/actions can be taken to correct any problems.
- Supervise the planning activities of well connection & MRS to ensure the proper coordination between the departments, availability of integrated information & progress monitoring tools, good communication, and that concerns affecting the planning are properly addressed.
- Perform project reporting to comply with the requirements.
- Gather and maintain construction & project parameters/data to establish a sound basis & improve accuracy of future planning estimate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering D3 or equivalent Graduate from recognized University in related engineering discipline.
• Minimum experience required:
• Level 2: Above 15 years of experience as supervisor in Oil and Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry, and 10 years in similar position.
• Level 1: Between 10 and 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry and 8 years in similar position.
• Experience involved in a similar conversion project, FPSO Topsides fabrication (for Topsides yard) with a value of > 500MUSD
• Good understanding of construction/fabrication/installation sequence of FPSO Conversion or Topsides fabrication.
• Experience in said discipline for Fabrication engineering, control and surveillance of Contractor fabrication activities and pre-commissioning.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Good knowledge of construction/fabrication/installation sequence of an onshore and offshore project, ability to control and challenge progress schedule.
• Good Communication and Computer Skills
• Fluent in English is mandatory, written and spoken
