The Company:
is a leading international operator working on major projects in Iraq

The Role:
In summary, the job scope is to plan, control, forecast and report progress of assigned projects covering, development, engineering, procurement and construction. Projects can be both Brownfield and Greenfield and have typical scope for rehabilitation, debottlenecking or new construction of gas receiving, compression and treatment facilities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Abilities + Experience:
·         Fitness to work in Iraq
·         Minimum of 8 years planning /progress control experience
·         Minimum of 5 years onshore Oil & Gas construction experience
·         Experience of shutdown and maintenance on onshore O&G plants
·         Minimum of 3 years experience in a contractor supervision role
·         Minimum of 5 years working in challenging overseas environments
·         Resume must demonstrate stability
·         Engineering Degree and/or Certification as a Planning Engineer or equivalent experience.
·         Familiar with all standard planning & reporting methods and techniques
·         Familiar with Primavera and associated systems
·         Able to work with minimal supervision
·         Flexibility is very important, and must be a ‘Team player’
·         Willingness to mentor and train local trainee planning engineers (in Iraq)
