The Role:
Manage the enterprise-wide production output by balancing supply and demand, optimizing logistics and directing long-term strategic production plans to support the company objectives. Experience planning production and supply/demand of petrochemicals products such as Polyurethanes, Polyethylenes, Isocyanates, Propylene, Glycol Ethers, plus others is required.

• Develop, communicate and implement annual tactical/strategic plans.
• Review forecast models to anticipate the market demand and accordingly ensure availability of adequate supply.
• Coordinate with other commercial divisions to obtain necessary data to optimize the forecast models.
• Review the progress of implemented plans, monitor their timeliness and verify the quality of work.
• Develop planning procedures to improve implementation time and ensure rapid reaction to market changes.
• Facilitate the Executive Sales & Operations Planning Meetings.
• Monitor actual performance versus plan and engage in cross-functional and cross-department efforts to identify and handle the source of diversion.
• Ensure that all developed and implemented plans adhere to Sadara’s code of conduct and policies and procedures.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by Division staff.
• Perform all tasks and activities in accordance with Sadara’s policies and procedures.
• Assess the level of skills of employees and identify the need for development programs.
• Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Knowledgeable in chemical / petrochemical industry and have some experience with the products that Sadara produce.
