The Role:
Our major international client requires a Plant / Operations Manager for their Middle East Operation.

As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of LPG Recovery plant, upstream facilities and pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Undertakes recruiting and hiring.
• Recommends and monitors training for site personnel.
• Ensures procedures and instructions for all Operations activities are prepared and understood.
• Directs all aspects of LPG Recovery Plant, Upstream Production Facilities, and Pipelines.
• Manages the utilization of personnel and equipment to meet product deliveries and meet performance objectives established by Company.
• Reviews and approves Production-related expenditures and capital requests.
• Liaises with onsite government officials.
• Develops budget and controls budget for Production-related activities.
• Maintains authority over Production budget and schedule.
• Recommends changes, approves and recommends expenditures for improvements.

To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria;

• Degree qualified (Chemical or Petroleum Engineering)
• Minimum of 20 years experience in Hydrocarbon processing design and operations.
• Minimum of 10 years in a managerial position.
• Operations experience in LPG/Gas processing facility.
• Experience of managing large teams.
