The Company:
Oil & Gas (Operator) Company that established in Indonesia is looking several potential candidates for Plant Shift Supervisor position

The Role:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Plant Shift Supervisor is responsible for:
1. The safe operations of the Gas Plant/Oil Treatment/LPG Recovery Facilities on a shift management basis.
2. Managing respective people and organization
3. Managing EHS function in the respective department
4. Managing relevant administration and report

MAIN ACTIVITIES

1. The safe Operations of the Gas Plant/ Oil Treatment/ LPG Recovery Facilities on a shift management basis.
• Ensuring the shift team members are adhering to Operating Principles and standard Operating Procedures without compromise in day to day operation activities
• Providing safety assurance during day to day operations.
• Routine communications as required to other function such as maintenance, EHS, Engineering, Warehouse in order to optimize the plant operation.
• Development of work pack for the equipment to be worked on.
• Monitoring the key deliverables of the plant, namely Gas, crude oil /condensate, and LPG production, to achieve the targeted quantity and quality.
• Ensure People, Plant and Processes are ready for the operations
• Emergency responses lead role and deputizing for the Plant Superintendent in times of absence.
• Direct supervision of a shift operations team comprising Control Room Operator, Senior Operator and plant operator functions.
• He is also responsible for Crude Oil and LPG Lifting Operation in coordination with Marine team in safe manner.
• Ensuring any maintenance job required is registered in SAP notification and the progress is tracked and updated in Shift Handover report.

2. Managing respective organization and Human Resources
• Human Resource targets achieved including staff recruitment, appraisals, coaching and mentoring where required
• Set objectives and provide delegation, authority and direction to subordinates.
• Ensure the implementation of teamwork and cooperation and flow of communication and information within and inter department.

3. Managing EHS function in the respective department
• Ensures that the plant operates in a safe and environmentally compliance in line with The Company's standards and Government Regulation.
• Carry out nominated number of Emergency drills and exercises
• Optimum delivery of the 14 elements of corporate EHS expectation, ensuring at all times the The Company's safety standards are adhered to in relation to safe methods of working and isolation of plant.
• Actively involve and ensuring his team members on EHS program set by management; Safety meeting, STOP program, weekly safety tour, safety audit and emergency drill, etc

4. Managing relevant administration and report
• Managing relevant reporting and administration work based on the needs of the respective organization (including correspondence to customer/PLN, etc.)
• Ensuring the confidentiality of the company’s documentation.
• Ensuring the daily production report data is prepared and submitted before night shift end.
• Providing relevant weekly operation report to Plant Superintendent.
• Providing proper and comprehensive Shift Handover report to the incoming shift for maintaining smooth plant operation and continuity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
a. Technical Competencies and Knowledge

• Extensive knowledge and experience of gas plant operations including process knowledge and maintenance knowledge
• High level of safety and environmental knowledge applicable to a rural environment and an awareness of any impact an hydro carbon production and process plant can have on the local eco systems
• Knowledge of commissioning and start up of hydro carbon processing plants
