The Company:
Our major oil and gas client is seeking a PMO Analyst for a 6 – 9 month opportunity based in West Houston.

The Role:
Responsibilities:

• Assist in project migration to compliance with company processes and procedures
• Report to the Project Manager
• Provide support in the planning and development of the project
• Responsible for aiding the project manager in calculating projected project costs
• Ensuring planning is aligned with Project Lifecycles, Change Management, Risk and Decencies as depicted by company processes
• Produce a weekly performance report and monthly Project Status report
• Help the Project Manager in organizing the requirements gathered from stakeholders
• Assist in the creation of most project management documentation
• Assist in the creation of most project documentation (project charter, status report, RAPID chart, risk management, etc)
• Establish KPI and maintaining various indicators
• Taking on various data entry tasks assigned directly by the project manager, including gathering meeting minutes and processing all other project-related requests by the project manager
• Act as a filter of communication between team members and the project manager, passing only important information to the project manager
• Communicate project status to stakeholders

Deliverables:
Complete deployment of driver’s license checks for motor vehicle compliance for fleet drivers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of project experience
• Maintenance of methodology, policies and procedures
• Innovation and continuous improvement against best practice benchmarks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple project activities in a dynamic fast pace environment
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Outlook)
