The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a PMO Analyst who is able to facilitate the planning and estimating of technology application projects for the company’s project IM&T.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure that Program and Project Managers are aware of the planning and estimating expectations to ensure consistent and appropriate outputs
• Develop opportunities to leverage prior estimates and plans into current projects
• Promote alignment with CSOC and CPDEP methodologies
• Manage the scheduling and facilitation of all planning and estimating workshops
• Prepare the required workshop and meeting material in a timely manner
• Facilitate the planning and estimating meetings and workshops
• Develop and maintain the meeting and workshop outputs
• Ensure that clear documentation and data transition occurs to the project manager throughout the process
• Provide the PMO Lead, Program and Project managers with visibility on progress
• Use Microsoft Project Server, Excel and Mind Manager to create and process the planning and estimating data
• Other PMO responsibilities including assurance, IM&T specific onboarding, Governance Coordination, Information Risk Management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to fulfil the role you must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following aspects:

• Bachelor / Undergraduate degree in Business or Computer Science or commensurate work experience
• 2+ years project co-ordination Information Technology project planning and estimating
• You must have advanced Microsoft Project Server
• You must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and must have advanced Excel skills.
• In this position you must have working knowledge of Mind Manager (or similar)
• PMBOK or CAPM certification; familiarity with Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures
• Excellent written communication skills and strong facilitation skills
• In addition, you must have well developed customer relationship skills, high attention to detail and able to work to deadlines
