The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Program Management Office (PMO) Business Change Coordinator to join the Information Management and Technology (IM&T) department. Reporting to the PMO Lead and based in Perth, the primary objective of this employee position is to enable IM&T to provide organisational business change services for IM&T initiatives delivered to the business.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Create and implement effective organisational change management plans for IM&T initiatives to ensure business outcomes are achieved
• Coordinate PMO change management tool development and delivery with the build teams
• Develop and implement a business change impact assessment process which includes change activity, stakeholder communication and business readiness reporting
• Identify potential risks, performance gaps and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific mitigation plans in conjunction with programme and project leaders
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings to senior management
• Monitor project organisational change activities and coach on remediation activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in organisational change. IM&T or related field, or relevant experience
• Strong demonstrated experience and knowledge of organisational change management principles and methodologies
• Significant experience in a similar role preferably within a large scale national or multinational organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at varying levels of the business
• Familiarity with organisational change management process, methodologies and tools (for example ADKAR)
