The Role:
The PMO Manager will be aligned to all HR and Operations projects and programmes as appropriate and be the ambassador of Cultural Change across CSL. They will apply their project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in supporting projects and embed the Culture of Care Programmes. They will build effective relationships with all project stakeholders.






Key Skills: Technical Requirements for the Role



• Lead HR Workstream to embed the Cultural aspect within Projects • Be the Centre of Excellence for Cultural Change and work with the business to upskill on Cultural Change- • Lead HR Workstream and own the Cultural aspect within Projects in implementation and embed • Continue to lead cultural change and implement the Culture of Care programme in CSL • Responsibility and accountability in ensuring governance model/principles are actively documented, promoted and implemented effectively • Ensures appropriate programme and project planning and reporting meets prescribed format and such reporting is produced accurately and timely • • Provide critical thinking and challenge to the HRD and wider project team; driving progress and delivery of all workstreams • Identifies dependencies between workstreams and adapt plans accordingly • Ensures standardised project processes and identify resource requirements and ensure all role parameters are clear and accountabilities documented • Direct and effective management of projects and programmes as required • Manages all project tracking and reporting Provides proactive direction and guidance to Stakeholders on Cultural Change • • Maintains clear and consistent reporting of risks and issues, including mitigation plans ensuring that these are escalated • Effective stakeholder management at all levels including SLT • Share leanings within the HR Team and across other project workstreams • Applies CSL values in all day to day activities






Person Specification: Required experience and requirements for the role.



• Solid understanding and experience in managing change control processes • Strong skills in proven project planning tools and techniques and program planning • Desirable - Professional qualification in programme and project management • Strong relationship and influencing skills • Able to understand and integrate complexity • Able to deal with uncertainty, fluid situations and adapt to change • A strong self-starter who proactively identifies ways to add value • Excellent at facilitating meetings and managing conversations to ensure objectives achieved • Team player prepared to get involved in range of activities • Able to work at high pace / against tight timelines as required • Intermediate to advanced proficiency level in utilising Microsoft Office applications including excel , access, PowerPoint, word and outlook • Knowledge of a project management tool

With our head office in Staines and main engineering office in Hedon, we operate the Rough gas storage facility in the southern North Sea, the York off and onshore gas processing facility and the Easington onshore gas processing terminal in East Yorkshire. Our Rough gas storage facility, the largest in the UK represents around 75% of UK’s current storage capacity. Gas is stored in the Rough field on behalf of a large number of customers, including utilities, gas traders and gas producers. Centrica Storage's commercial team is separated from those parts of Centrica that deal in gas supply, gas shipping, trading and storage procurement
