The Company:

The Role:
Maintain a POB overview of all personnel on the vessel, coordinating all transfers to and from the adjoining platform and be able to account for the location of all POB at any given time.
• Maintain an overview of the 28 day plan to ensure that all POB requirements are fully optimized
• Liaise with offshore department heads and shutdown coordinators for POB updates.
• Liaise with onshore planners daily to ensure plan is current and optimized.
• Highlight any changes to the 28 day plan during out of office hours and ensure onshore planners are aware.
• Provide a single point person for all POB related enquiries.
• Coordinate all bridge transfers with platform gatekeepers.
• Ensure Radio Ops and Heli-Admin on platform and vessel are aligned regarding logistics (flights/transfers)
• Attend offshore management meetings to be appraised of plan updates and provide POB overview.
• Produce and issue POB 7-10 day look ahead highlighting key mob/demob periods.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Usage of Vantage system and logistics/flights management.
• Working offshore on accommodation vessel in admin role
• BOSIET. MIST and offshore medical up to date
• MS Office - Excel and Outlook essential.
• Maturity and confidence to deal with multiple enquiries regarding personnel movement.
• Ability to use own initiative to resolve issues.
• Good communications both written and verbal.
• Good interpersonal skills to establish close working relationships with key offshore staff.
• Ability to react and adapt to change.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Offshore heli-admin role is ideal
