With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
About the role

The POB Co-ordinator is a key member of the Logistics Team within Europe E&P. Responsible for the management of all personnel mobilisations and POB reconciliation to support three platform operations, maintenance, production, Shutdown/TAR, well intervention, well engineering and projects flotel campaign activities. Ensuring the management of the movement of personnel activities are carried out as required by the business.

The jobholder is accountable for ensuring compliance with Europe E&P and our clients Standards and whenever and wherever possible industry best practice is applied to support ongoing improvement in operational performance.

In addition, the post holder will be required to identify and implement improved working practices which drive out waste and inefficiencies out of the Europe E&P. This will require analytical and diagnostic skills accompanied by the ability to use professional judgement.

Provide POB Co-ordination services and deliverables for the three Operating Assets within the Aberdeen organisation. Specific services will consist of support in the day to day management of POB activities for offshore production platforms from 13 weeks to execution.

General services will be production POB forecasts from the 90 Day plans and 6 Week Schedules in conjunction with logistics.

The POB Co-ordinator will also work within a shared services Scheduling team in Aberdeen


Key accountabilities

Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours.

- Produce and maintain the 6 Week and 13 Week POB forecasts.
- Attend 6 week scheduling meetings
- Monitor and report on changes
- Responsible for ensuring the issued forecasts align with POB & Flight Constrains.
- Focal point for Liaising with the planning group to ensure above.
- Participate in decision forums to decide on priorities and ensure these are reflected in the POB data.
- Maintain position as focal point (HUB) for all POB communications.
- Ensure through these processes that resource owners are clear on their priorities, responsibilities and requirements to fulfil the plans & schedules.
- Produce KPI’s and communicate on a regular (monthly) basis. Use KPI’s to learn of business process shortfalls and address.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
What we are looking for;

Previous logistics experience of managing POB for multi assets essential

Hands on experience in using, Vantage, Excel

Knowledge of Primavera P6 - planning software system advantageous

Ability to prioritise workload.

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Customer focused

Required to make decisions quickly, meeting deadlines and targets as the operations dictate
