The Role:
This role will support the Deployment Process team and support the business in adopting the standard integrated processes and delivering programme benefits and work to progress and close differences in the existing processes. This role will support the Process Team Leader in managing the development, implementation and operation of processes to maintain and improve the implemented solution during 2013 to 2014.

• Work to gain alignment between deployment and functions, including Operations (Reliability & Maintenance, Engineering Services, Subsea etc.), Developments (Wells and Global Projects Organization), Activity Planning, Procurement and Supply Chain Management and Finance
• Support planning and participate in the delivery of User Acceptance Testing activities
• Support Team to deliver process stage gate deliverables and process gap closure
• Share knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo) with the Team to aid technical knowledge build-up that is important in this project
• Advise and coach the team in process / system areas as required by Process Team Leader
• Provide input to and validation of solution test scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or financial discipline / long term relevant industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo) and processes covering a wide range of complex business rules of the end to end process
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience of project deployments and implementing process change across the business
• Experience and understanding of the business processes and policies as they relate to working practice, contractor management, supply chain and controls inclusive of (but not limited to) demand planning, materials management, purchase to pay and finance / payment processes
• Strong interpersonal skills including communication & facilitation and being comfortable coaching people at all levels of the organisation
