The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for a Pre-Fab Work Pack Coordinator.
Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Conduct all work related activities in such a manner that the health and safety of all persons on the work site is his or her prime concern.
• Report all incidents, hazards and accidents as and when required.
• Review Construction Change Notifications (CCN’s) and associated design drawings in order to identify fabrication requirements
• Update and manage fabrication registers (e.g. concession, hydrotest registers etc.)
• Produce Piping MTO’s and issue to Material Group for procurement
• Compile drawings into fabrication package for estimating and execution by Fabricator
• Ensure that change management process is followed
• Participate as required in Project meetings with the MEIC Contractor and Fabricators.
• Review and respond to technical queries from the Fabricators
• Support the MEIC Project Engineers in the execution of fabrication requests (e.g. review and resolve any issues relating to data, documents and technical aspects)
• Liaise with site construction and commissioning in order to define and execute fabrication requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ideally you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• 5 – 10 years Industry Experience
• PDMS, Microsoft Excel and Word, Understanding of Document Management Systems and Material Management Systems. Strong understanding of piping and structural disciplines, particularly piping material standards and specifications
• Training in PDMS and Navisworks
