The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Commissioning Instrument Supervisor; the role is responsible for supporting the Pre-com Lead in monitoring, overseeing, coordinating planning and reporting Instrument pre-commissioning activities based in Darwin.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Liaise with system owners and responsible supervisors to ensure they are focused on ITRS and punch list closure in line with project schedules and Skylines.
• Follow up with Contractor’s Engineering to ensure all engineering deliverables including as-built are completed to allow the system closure ready for commissioning (RFC)
• Reports on ITR closure and system completion status
• Monitor skylines and identify opportunities for System completions
• Daily coordination of activities with Contractor and its relevant subcontractor
• Attend any necessary coordination meeting with Company / Contractor / Subcontractor
• Mentor Contractor and its subcontractors to ensure timely completion of Instrument activities in line with Safety and Quality objectives of the Project
• Extensive Physical presence at the subcontractor worksite and offices. Proactive approach to issue resolution and energetic focus on task completion.
• Complete BBS card (Behaviour based Safety)
• Ensure Lost Prevention Inspection are being carried out on regular basis on the area of responsibility and attend on regular basis

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Demonstrable experience in construction of large scale LNG greenfield projects
• Experience as Client (Operator) on EPC Projects
• Required Computer skills and knowledge working with TOSTR (or other Project Completion System tools.)
• Ability to drive Contractor to achieve ITR execution, punch closure and System Completion & Handover.
• Interrogate completion database ensuring Instrument systems are correctly defined and execution in the field is aligned with the completions subsystem skyline
