The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
-Ensure Regulatory and OMS (Operating Management System) compliance.
-Focal point contact for Inspection & Corrosion Management contractor.
-Accountable for technical approval of the risk based Integrity Management Schemes for Pressure Systems (corrosion & vibration) within the Midstream operations, including the fabric maintenance of piping, vessels and pressure equipment.
-Responsible for production of Inspection & Corrosion management contractor Monthly Performance Management Report (Dashboard)
-Discipline lead for inspection issues, including authorisation of recommendations from inspection anomaly reporting.
-Responsible for inspection / integrity input to assets Turn Around (TAR) and shutdown programs.
-Act as asset technical authority for deferrals or other deviations as required with approval from the Regional Technical Authority within the e-MoC process.
-Responsible for compliance with relevant ETP’s/STP’s and OMS documents, and their implementation in the Midstream operations.
-Responsible for closing integrity related Tractions where assigned by the Duty Holder
-Provide assurance on use of trained, competent, and qualified inspection and test staff by all relevant 3rd party contractors.
-Ensure access to specialist advice and assistance, as necessary to enable the inspection contractor to deliver its responsibilities.
-Inform Operations leader, or delegate, of equipment that is overdue for inspection and testing.
-Inform Operations leader and Regional Inspection TA, of significant risk exposure identified by inspection and testing.

In relation to the ACET derived RBI plan for pressure systems and safety critical equipment:
-Approve inspection and testing techniques.
-Approve inspection and test scope/extent and intervals.
-Review inspection and test plans for equipment operational status change.
-Review inspection and test plans for equipment removed from operation.
-Approval of principle of sampling inspections.
-Approval of sample inspection and testing for sample group.
-Assign due dates to remedial actions and track to closure.
-Approve inspection and testing requirements for re-rates.
-Approve inspection and testing methods following repair to equipment.
-Approve inspection and tests after physical alteration/modification to equipment.
-Approve updates to inspection and test plans.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A degree (BSc/BEng/MSc level) in corrosion/mechanical/material engineering or a relevant applied science from an accredited university.
- Chartered or registered Professional Engineering Accreditation is preferred, with minimum requirement of intent to achieve in immediate future.
- An HSSE Leader
-Broad knowledge of relevant industrial standards
-Proven track record of applying business rigour & judgement to Engineering activities
-Experienced at managing risk and to engineer safe, reliable & efficient operations
-Experienced in fostering effective teamwork & collaboration

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to work in a large operation with a multi-discipline teams
•Strong problem solving skills
•Experience working with different culture would be advantageous
•Understand of cost management and budget development
