The Company:
Our client is a major EPC in the oil and gas sector.

The Role:
This role is working on a major FLNG project.

Principal Instrument Engineer with both Onshore and Offshore experience is required to supervise and lead a project team. The candidate is required to be a versatile team player with a methodical approach to identifying and solving problems. They will provide technical direction, administration and be responsible for encouraging and developing the discipline team. Previous experience of FEED and Detailed Engineering projects would be beneficial and they will need to be able to work to schedule deadlines.

Duties will include but not be limited to: administration and supervision, development of discipline plans & budgets, CSE Philosophies & Specifications, interfacing with Clients and Sub-contractors, SmartPlant Instrumentation experience, change control procedures, technical bid evaluations, HAZOP & SIL Reviews and provide technical engineering and design guidance.
