The Role:
Be accountable for planning on a project.
Analyse data and provide timely information and guidance to PM team on planning, resource, risk, and change issues.
Supervise and lead planning team.
Align planning team and deliverables with project management objectives and company standards and values.
Clearly communicate contract schedule requirements to the project.
Manage interfaces and relationships with other departments and client.
Manage schedule base lining process and ensure correct implementation of coding and WBS in the planning and scheduling system.
Write planning section of Project Controls Procedure, and Schedule Basis.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Trained in industry standard planning software.
Competent in use of Excel and other MS Office products.
Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrable understanding of project management function.
Worked on FEED and EPC projects in Oil and Gas industry with in-depth knowledge of Engineering and Procurement work processes in Oil & Gas / Process industries, including on offshore projects.
Used industry standard planning software.
Has set up logic networks / schedules and progress reporting for medium-large projects and understands interfaces with DCC, Cost, Fabrication, etc.
Is familiar with various methods of calculating progress.
Has had responsibility for assessing schedule change impact on projects.
Has directly supervised and lead a team of planners.
Used to working with project management team and client team.
