The Role:
Provide specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of installation engineering, including design codes, legislation and good engineering practice.
Lead and function within a design team and across multiple projects.
Prioritise own and others' workload; manage time accordingly.
Manage interfaces within a project structure, including other disciplines, client and suppliers.
Manage change control within own remit on a project.
Demonstrate ability to work within time/budget constraints
Knowledge of fabrication/construction contracting methods, with commercial awareness.

We can offer positions in many areas, from established IRM/Light Construction projects, to complex EPICs, or the unique pipeline bundles projects.

Comprehensive project experience in one or more of the following areas is required:

•Subsea Construction (structures, spools, risers)
•IRM / Light Construction
•DSV / ROVSV operations
•Flexible pipelines / umbilicals
•Pipeline Bundles
•ROV intervention / tooling
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing technical expertise relating to construction operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget. Applicants should be competent in all aspects of subsea installation projects, including the offshore execution. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and will possess good written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should have a sound working knowledge of subsea installation techniques, equipment and methods; fabrication/construction methods, and general subsea installation practices; rigging & sea fastening; isolations and barriers.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Will have considerable previous Project Engineering experience at a senior level.
Capability to train / supervise / mentor Project Engineers and graduates.
Ability to manage a team of engineers on a project.
Substantial knowledge of subsea installation techniques is required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
It is desirable for candidates to be suitably qualified in an Engineering discipline; however, demonstrable relevant industry experience is equally valid.
