The Role:
The Improvement Team Process Engineer will provide process support to ongoing asset Improvement team projects and review all proposals for compliance with industry best practice and client procedures. The successful candidate will carry out studies on platform systems causing repeated production losses and liaise with other team members / contractors to propose viable, safe and cost/time effective solutions.

Provide Process design and analysis to enable the safe and efficient implementation of Improvement team defined modifications within project targets, and assist in the preparation of project / operational AFA's, SOR's and work plans
Provide Optimisation support to platform teams through onshore monitoring and offshore site visits
Review and comment when necessary on technical documents produced by Vendors, 3rd party contractors and client Engineering Contractor.
Review and respond to Technical Queries as required.
Prepare and issue for approval of Statement of Requirements (SOR) for engineering works as per agreed plans.
Responsible for the delivery and cost control of the agreed process study work.
Preparation of new or revision to Site Operating Procedures as required.
Participate in Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Operation Assessments.
Prepare AFE applications as required.
Promote technological innovations that can be economically exploited to improve safety or production performance for client facilities.
Check and approve Process technical documentation prepared by other Process engineers within client organisation, vendors and third parties
Maintain asset Production Efficiency/Choke Model and utilise it to justify and rank potential projects by impact assessment.
Ensure effective and timely close out of Synergy and ICP actions
